Hello! I am Peyton, a new mom to the coolest little lady, dog lover and wife. I am North Dakotan born and raised. My family and I love to get outside, work on our home together, travel, spend time with friends and family and spend lots of time at the lake. We love finding new favorite places, but also love a night spent cuddled up on the couch watching our favorite shows and eating yummy food. I like to think I am funny but more often than not I am the only one laughing at my jokes… I laugh a lot, like a lot a lot. I love to dance too, doesn’t matter to what I just like to move around. I also love food, and have the sophisticated palate of a two year old. (hello mac n cheese and chicken fingers!) I love spending time with my family and friends as well, especially when we get to travel together. I really enjoy playing games too. It can be board games card games, etc. I love them all! Nothing beats sitting around the table laughing and playing games with your friends.
Truly there is a lot you could learn about me, but what is most important to know is that I want my clients to become friends. You are not just investing in me, I am equally as invested in you. If you are looking for a photographer who will show up day of and at the end of the night part ways and that be the end, then I am probably not the gal for you. I want to really get to know you and get involved before your wedding day and after. I want to be able to capture your day and by the end be singing and dancing out on the dance floor with your families and making memories together.

These two are my cheerleaders, #1 supporters and also the biggest pains in my butt! But I wouldn't trade them for anything!
My first impression of Josh was him mooning me out a window while driving to Montana... and now 8 years later we're married! Josh is pretty cool, he flies helicopters. I know, I know could he pick any more boring of a job? In all seriousness though he's pretty great and I am pretty jazzed about getting to spend the rest of my life with him.
Wilson is our rowdy, sassmoufin German Short Hair who has more attitude than any creature I currently know. He is pretty much the star of the show and has A LOT to say ( just look at my instagram stories haha!)
I love spending time with these two, swimming, hiking, hunting, biking, walking, sleeping, really anything!

Where are you located?
- I am currently based out of Bismarck, North Dakota!
Do you travel?
- 100% yes! Has passport, will travel! I love to travel and got the travel bug young thanks to my wonderful parents. I still love to travel whether it be for work or with my family and husband. I am always happy to travel wherever your love story has taken you. I have a special love for national parks as well:)
How long have you been shooting for?
- I have been shooting weddings for 4 years and have been in photography for 6.
How does payment work?
- I require a 30% non refundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance can be paid in one payment or multiple, but full amount must be paid one month before date. ( 3 months ahead if travel is required)

What sort of turn around can we expect for our photos?
- I typically quote 2-3 weeks for weddings but can be 3-4 weeks in the thick of wedding season. I do provide a sneak peek album within the week following your date so you can see some photos from the day!
How far in advance should we book you?
- As soon as possible! I have been booked anywhere from 6- 18 months in advanced so as soon as you have your date and location locked down reach out so we can check my availability.
Can we meet ahead of time?
- Absolutely! If meeting in person isn't doable until an engagement session or wedding day I am more then happy to FaceTime or chat on the phone with you:)
What sort of albums are offered with your packages?
- I have quite a few packages that include albums. The albums are Italian leather, archival semi matte printed, with lay-flat binding. They come with 10 spreads, but additional spreads can be added at $25 per spread.
I'm gonna pour my heart out quick because I'm really excited you're here! I do my best to create the best experience for my clients because I know that wedding days are more than just one day. There is so much more invested into what is going on behind your wedding day than just photos. I like to think that my clients and I share a lot of similar values and that's what makes this process so special.
I hold a lot of value in time and relationships, whether it's with conversations, or just spending quality time with people. I also value things like details, and the ability to just enjoy the moment and not feel like to live something it has to be displayed everywhere to prove to others it happened (I know, right? This coming from a photographer?) I connect with people who like to have fun and who can just roll with the punches as they come. I also appreciate people who are genuine and intentional as well. It is easy to get caught up in this new wave of social media, I'm right there with you! My intention with my work is to capture moments that will outlive the life of social media trends and will continually keep you emotionally invested every time you come back to look at them.
I think most importantly I appreciate when my clients Value my time, my work, my process and myself. I do my best work when I know that I have the full trust of my clients. It can be scary, I get it but I think it's worth noting that your trust is the biggest compliment I could ever receive.
I truly appreciate anyone who feels any sort of connection to my work. In a way my work represents me, and it makes me feel like you're connecting with a piece of me as well:)
